Keith Luckhurst: Partner

Keith has been with the firm since 2001. Keith has over thirty years experience in Civil Engineering. Twenty years were spent in Zimbabwe and South Africa as a consulting engineer involved in design and construction of roads, warehousing factories, dams, water and sewage treatment and reticulation.
In Australia Keith has been involved in design and construction of roadworks, water and sewage treatment and reticulation, airports and repairs to flood damage infrastructure. He has a Masters in Business Administration. |
Michael Donald: Partner

Michael has been with the firm since 2005. Michael has 8 years + as a field engineer on large civil constructions works, 2 years with Civil Consulting Engineers and 9 years self-employed in Southern Africa.
He has spent 12 years as a consultant Local Government Engineer in Australia where he has covered road construction, airport construction and management, water and sewerage infrastructure management. |
Jason Ricks: Partner

Jason joined the firm in 2012, and has over 25 years’ experience in Civil Engineering.
Commencing his career with Local Government Jason has worked for the State Government and the private sector in the planning, design and construction of maritime facilities, aerodromes, roads and public infrastructure generally. Works include roads, bridges, aerodromes, wharves, resorts, subdivisions, storm-water, water reticulation and sewerage. Jason has qualifications in Civil Engineering, holds a Graduate Diploma of Management and has completed an Advanced Diploma in Project Management. |
Stuart Bourne: Partner

Stuart joined the firm in 2007 from a civil contracting background throughout Queensland and the United Kingdom. He has 14 years’ experience with 9 years in rural and remote local governments.

PJ Cullivan: Partner
|
PJ joined the firm in 2011. He has over 10 years’ experience generally as a consulting engineer managing the detailed design and construction of structural, water and civil infrastructure projects in Ireland and Australia. PJ has also worked on unique projects such as coordinating the formation of Queensland’s first regional water alliance.

Rick Rolfe: Partner

Rick joined the firm in 2017, and has over twenty-five (25) years experience in civil engineering.
He has worked in both government and the private sector with experience in all stages of civil engineering including planning, design, construction, maintenance and transport network operations. Rick is a very experienced engineering manager with experience in project supervision, project management, program management, resource management and change management. Rick is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ). |
Our Team
The services we provide are Consulting Civil Engineering, Civil Design, Building Certification, Cultural Heritage, Environmental and Secretarial Services to our region.

Consulting Civil Engineers: We currently have Civil and Environmental Engineers with our firm. We service 10 Local Government Councils in the Queensland area.
Designers: Our Designers cover work from the Local Government Councils as well as private works for clients in the region. Building Certification: We currently have a Building Certifier who is supported by a Cadet and a Technical Officer. Our Building Certifier team covers all the Local Government Councils in the area. |
Environmental and Cultural Heritage Services: Two qualified archaeologists and an environmental scientist are employed by the firm to provide support for construction projects.
Secretarial Services: Our admin staff provide the following services – photocopying, laminating, copying of plans, typing of documents, letters and resumes etc, all at competitive rates.
